The project responses to the needs of small size and rental housing within the town of Coslada, Madrid. We understand that public rental housing have specific requirements, so that the program has been completed with commercial spaces, offices and meeting areas for tenants. The project is situated on a central square of the downtown. For this reason we pretend guarantee the permeability of the place. Rising up the building, we generate a new public space. With this objective, four towers are projected linked by an intermediate platform which incorporates the common uses and its the main access to the apartments. One of the towers contains apartments for sale, and the others include rental apartments from the platform level to the upper level of the tower. The first, second and third plants are destinated to offices and trades.
